How are the notes delivered?
After payment, we email a link to My Notes. Sign in or create an account with the same email used at checkout, verify it, and the purchase appears automatically.
Do I also need an Exam Ready subscription?
No. Notes Shop purchases remain available in your account as downloadable, personally licensed PDFs. The Exam Ready platform subscription includes read-only access to Exam-Ready Notes while your subscription is active, together with lessons, practice, feedback and progress tools.
Why buy Exam-Ready Notes if they are included in the platform?
Buy them here if you want downloadable and printable PDFs with permanent account access and no active subscription requirement. Choose the platform if you want the notes as part of the connected learning, practice and feedback experience.
What if I have a problem with my purchase?
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked. Email support@fe1madesimple.ie with your order number. If a purchased file is missing or corrupted, email us and we will sort it straight away regardless of the refund window.
When were these notes last updated?
Every subject is reviewed before each FE-1 sitting. If a key piece of legislation is amended or a new lead case lands, you get the updated PDF for free.
